Who is The Tone Shepherd?
My name is Devan Bumstead and I’m a follower of Jesus with a burning desire to foster resilient discipleship and an affinity for all things guitar. I’m married, have three children (and a dog) and work full time as an Associate Pastor in Newbury Park, CA. I’ve been leading praise for over 20 years and truly desire the P&W community to thrive in its heart and craft. The Tone Shepherd is my way of resourcing the Church to release the kind of praise Jesus deeply enjoys and stir the hearts of leaders to lead passionately and pastorally.
